WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When you receive your dispatch confirmation email from us, it will contain your tracking number. Every order, is custom made - a few days after the order is placed and the jewelry is made, we will let you know that the order has left our studio and is on its way.

CAN I HAVE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS TO MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes you can but orders can be delayed while we verify that the shipping address is legitimate. We recommend that you ship to the address the card is issued to avoid delays.

CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Currently we do not accept payments over the phone.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE ITS PLACED? 
Once your order has been confirmed, our staff cannot change or edit the order due to administrative reasons. 
If you have placed an order incorrectly, please contact us and we will cancel the order, allowing you to re-order the correct items.

currently allows for checking out in US Dollars only. If you are using PayPal the conversion will be processed by them.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We will happily refund any items within 7 days of receipt, providing it is returned in its original packaging with no signs of use or misuse. 
USA, Europe and Rest of the World returns: Please use the contact us form and write a message detailing your return. We will contact you shortly after with return instructions. 

Please ensure that you clearly mark the goods as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. All returns must be sent by registered mail. We will refund the total amount you have paid for the goods except postage and packaging.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
Occasionally mistakes do happen and we will look to rectify this as quickly as possible. Please contact the customer service team using the contact us form detailing the issue and we will be in touch. Please include your order number at all times when emailing our customer care team.
